Order Processing

All products are printed and fulfilled on demand through our production partner, Printful.

  • Processing time: Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

  • You will receive a confirmation email when your order has shipped, including tracking information.

Shipping Times

Shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Estimated delivery times after fulfillment:

  • United States: 3–7 business days

Please note these are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasonal demand.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, chosen shipping method, and the weight/size of your order.
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions, which will be noted on our site.

Multiple Shipments

Because some items are fulfilled at different Printful facilities, your order may arrive in separate packages. You will receive tracking information for each package.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear after shipment.

Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

We are not responsible for:

  • Orders with incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control.
    If your package is marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly.
    If your package is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or being unclaimed, you will be responsible for paying additional shipping costs to resend the package.
